民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘自訴前總統馬英九教唆洩密和加重誹謗，涉嫌違反通訊保障及監察法案件，高等法院今天（11日）宣判馬前總統無罪確定。馬英九11日出席華僑節慶祝大會後只簡單回應媒體「謝謝」，沒有多做回應，隨即搭車離去。
馬英九辦公室發言人徐巧芯表示，馬前總統對於這項結果感到欣慰，他感謝高等法院承審法官的判決。這次的判決結果，不僅攸關馬前總統個人的權益，更確立了憲法上總統應有的行政權限。
徐巧芯說，希望未來的卸任總統不必面對各種無謂糾纏，任內都能安心依憲依法治國，也希望中華民國的憲法理念與國家未來，都能建立在公正、廉潔、合作和信任的正向價值上。
